Mark Penny and Rebekah Bennett are the proprietors of Exposures Photography. Mark has a background in graphic arts and printing and has been actively involved in photography from an early age, photographing the natural world around him near the rural southern Ontario home where he grew up. Rebekah initially utilized photography to document her travels near and far as she has been an avid traveller since childhood. She has a background in nursing and counselling but her involvement with photography has grown steadily over the years.
Rebekah and Mark have photographed Canada from Newfoundland to British Columbia and much of the rest of the world from the Caribbean to Kathmandu. They produce photographic art cards, copper foil framed miniatures, and photographic enlargements utilizing various creative photographic techniques such as hand colouring, emulsion transfers and hand manipulated Polaroids.
They are supporters of various environmental, wildlife and animal welfare organizations, donating a portion of the sale of their photographs to these causes. |
